Medicine Dispenser Pacifier

Medicine Dispenser Pacifier
Starting 5 month old son in day care, what to take?

I have to go back on campus for classes this fall, 3 days a week. I have a friend who is going to be keeping him. (She has a one year old daughter.)

I don’t know what all to take to leave and what to put in the diaper bag to go back and forth! I was thinking of taking a case of diapers and a box full of wipes, 1/2 a box of the liners for his bottles, (the bottle of course and 2 nipples), and a can of formula as needed (in case I don’t have enough expressed milk to give her).

But the Tylenol, teething tablets, etc I don’t know if I should buy extra for her or keep them in the diaper bag. I’m so anal about his mouth getting others germs in it (like from The Medicine dispenser or swapping pacifiers) that I don’t want it to get mixed up, but I don’t want it to get left on accident and me need it at like 2 am!

So, what doubles would you get (one for here and her house), what would be her house, and what would be for the diaper bag???

I think you have a good plan. My suggestion is (in regards to germs and paci’s getting swapped by accident) Is to get a binki clip. You can find them at babies r us, and they attach to the pacifier and then to you son’s bib, shirt, etc. that way if it falls or he spits it out it doesn’t hit the floor and there is no way for it to get mixed up because it is with him always.
I would also take a thermometer for your sitter. If you are going to send tylenol you might want your sitter to make sure he actually has a temp before administering medications. Sometimes my son’s head feels like he is burning up but when I check his temp it is normal. Just a suggestions.
Best of luck, you have a good plan trust your instinct and whatever you forget you can always take the next day. Try not to stress.
